Cancellation policy
This is how to cancel RetailTides, a service from PortageForward AI LLC.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
How to cancel
- Log in to your account.
- Choose Cancel.
If you cannot cancel yourself, email support@portageforwardai.com and we will do it for you.
Cancelling during the free trial
You pay nothing before March 1, 2027. To avoid being charged when billing starts, cancel before then. We will email you around February 15 with a button to do it.
After you cancel
Your watches are kept, but emails are paused and you cannot add a new watch. Choose a plan any time to start again.
