Terms of service

These are the ground rules between you and PortageForward AI LLC (we, us) for using RetailTides. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

RetailTides follows the product categories you choose and sends you email when a category looks likely to drop in price, based on past price history. It is information to help you decide. It is not financial, legal or professional advice, and we do not promise that a price will drop. We never push a product. We only tell you when a whole category looks likely to drop in price. We are not affiliated with Amazon or any store or brand, and their names belong to their owners.

We work to keep the service running. It is provided "as is", and we do not promise it will always be available or error free.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. You must give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@portageforwardai.com if you think someone else has used it.

Plan and price

RetailTides costs $10.99 a year (our best value) or $0.99 a month. You choose when you sign up, and you confirm the price and these terms then. You can follow up to 5 product categories at a time.

We will tell you before a price changes. A new price applies from your next billing period, and you may cancel before then.

Free trial

Your first period is free until March 1, 2027. We save a card at signup and run a $0 check on it. Billing starts automatically on March 1, 2027 at the plan you picked, unless you cancel first. We will email you around February 15 as a reminder, with a button to cancel.

We may end a trial that is being misused.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payments are taken by our payment provider. Our cancellation policy and our refund and dispute policy are part of these terms.

Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Payments are not refunded for partial periods. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it.

Acceptable use

Please do not try to break the service, overload it, get into someone else's account or data, or use it to break the law.

Ending your use

You may stop using RetailTides at any time. If you close your account, we remove your personal information as described in our privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.

Liability

We do our best, but we cannot be responsible if a notification is late, missing or turns out wrong, or if you act on it and lose out. The most we owe you for anything connected to RetailTides is what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the problem. The law may give you rights we cannot take away, and nothing here tries to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When the changes matter, we will tell you by email before they apply.
